HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
I ordered the Philly steak sub online. There wasn’t any condiments I paid for on my sub! No olives, tomatoes, etc; So I call back the next morning to speak with a manager but no manager working and they won’t remake my order! Oh I didn’t eat the sub, took the whole thing back for evidence.
Left my name and number and of course I haven’t had a call from the manager. I was told he would refund my money! Lies!
NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE! Subway is a NoWay for me!
I had a very disappointing experience here. While calmly explaining my preference for how my food should be prepared, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members. An older male employee told me to “shut up” and escalated the situation unnecessarily. He then began recording me on his phone, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate.
I was ultimately forced to leave the restaurant feeling embarrassed and disrespected, despite doing nothing wrong. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend management address staff conduct and proper customer interaction immediately. I will not be returning.
Don’t get free sub from there. No cheese no meat only bread

On Tuesday, February 24th, night time around 8pm I visited the Subway in Crossroads Cary, and it was awful. The server was rude, the oven was broken, and when I refused a microwave sandwich, she just said, ‘It’s up to you.’ Also, last time I bought a pizza, I was overcharged compared to usual. She mentioned new management, but this is just not the same as before. Very disappointing.
