Staff in there need to smile and be more happy/friendly. Especially the older lady who has been there since 2001. Needs to learn to not talk to people like they are stupid. Customer service and art of smiling course may do her well

NITA has NO business interacting with the general public. We’ve encountered her numerous times where she insults customers who are what she calls “foreign,” treats them with total disrespect and mocks their accents (despite hers being very difficult to understand) and generally contributes to a very racist and unsafe environment. She’ll also sometimes place her feet on the counter while talking to customers (which is unprofessional and reflects poorly on FedEx). Yesterday she went on a rant about Chinese people not knowing how to pronounce the number three, and is overall just someone who shouldn’t be engaging with the general public since she hates anyone who doesn’t look like her so much! We’ve been customers here for 15+ years who use this location for our business transactions and unfortunately will need to stop going because we don’t want to have the misfortune of encountering such disrespect each time we see her.
If youre looking to ship something, come here and ask for Nita. Shes beyond helpful and such a pleasure to interact with. If i ever need to ship something again internationally, or even local, she's who ill come see.

Very small selection of retail goods.
They were very helpful in completing a project that needed lamination and spiral binding. Project was completed exactly as needed and in a reasonable amount of time. Staff member was attentive and professional.
