The person I dealt with to return my GFiber equipment wasn't the most pleasant.

Walter, Isaac Everybody in this place is exceptional! Staples is in the rearview mirror! If you want things done, and you want them done right in a Crompton efficient matter this is the place to go! Five stars!

Shouldn't take over 10 minutes just to acknowledge someone standing in the store waiting for help

I was disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. The person working the counter did not seem particularly interested in helping me. Instead of accepting my package at the counter, he directed me to the self-service scanning station. I was also waiting in line behind another customer. Once that customer was helped, rather than assisting me, he walked away to do something else and then slowly returned. I understand that everyone has an off day, but the overall interaction gave me the impression that he was not very engaged in his job. I would have appreciated a little more attentiveness and willingness to assist.
