  They have some of the most laziest drivers I have ever had to miss pleasure of dealing with. They always mark that they couldn’t deliver so they don’t have to get out of their trucks.

  We are a business partner with DHL and ship documents internationally frequently. Drivers would show up as they pleased to make pick-ups so I was happy to find out that this new location opened close to my office so I can drop off envelopes instead of going all the way to the express hub near RDU. This is the second scenario the envelopes were not picked up by the end of day. I asked Lori yesterday - had to drop off two envelopes for Portugal and Poland - and she told me they would get picked up by the end of day. They were not picked up. I spoke to the manager now, I believe his name is Nem, who told me Lori didn't know the pick up was done earlier and thought that they were coming again at the end of day. I have never heard Lori, their employee say that they came earlier. I specifically asked her yesterday. She said the pick up is at the end of day around 5-6pm. So I don't know who is lying here. The manager was explaining all this but failed to apologize for this problem. You are a DHL representative/ employee and you are in charge, so you are responsible. Clients pay hundreds of dollars to ship time sensitive documents abroad. This shipping delay affects people. You need to realize that and take accountability. We will stop doing business with DHL. p.s. I went to their office now to pick up the envelopes that were supposed to be shipped out yesterday but not picked up at their DHL Cary location, and they couldn't find one of the envelopes. Good thing I had taken pictures, so the employee could find it. They had entered in their system only one envelope for Portugal, not the second one for Poland. I picked up both now as they cancelled the labels. I am printing two new labels and driving to the DHL Express Hub in Morrisville to drop them off.

  Worked with online agent, Lori, found online agent approach VERY helpful, as they then send you an email and interact via email, got the package pickup scheduled and emailed labels; package to Caribbean got shipped and delivered very well. Thank you!!
