I went here because I was having issues with the new phone I purchased at a different Cricket Store. I was told I would have to go to the store that I purchased it at. I thought Cricket was Cricket I guess not.

World class service. Went in to buy a phone yesterday and was in there for a good 3hrs (absolutely no fault of their own. Was switching carriers and Total by Verizon was doing everything they could to not give transfer pin) very chill staff and outstanding manager
