World class service. Went in to buy a phone yesterday and was in there for a good 3hrs (absolutely no fault of their own. Was switching carriers and Total by Verizon was doing everything they could to not give transfer pin) very chill staff and outstanding manager

At this location for is was no help
I don't recommend this store to anyone. Both the manager and the associate that work at this store are extremely unprofessional, has no desire to help and are pretty aggressive most of the times.

I wish people were a little more competent working there. I went in requesting to upgrade my SIM card to one that is compatible with 5G. My new device is 5G compatible, but the SIM card is old and doesn't leverage any 5G capabilities.
Anyway, both employees there looked at me funny and had no idea what I was talking about. In trying to figure out what was wrong, they reset my network data, losing all my saved wifi and Bluetooth devices. They didn't say what they were doing or how to fix it. Luckily, I was able to back up that info as I back up my data on Samsung Cloud. Then they said they couldn't sell me a new sim card because I'm not an authorized user or my name is not on the account as my dad set it up. (New policy, fine)
I've been with cricket for a long time and every store visit has been pleasant, this one left a sour taste after leaving.
