  World class service. Went in to buy a phone yesterday and was in there for a good 3hrs (absolutely no fault of their own. Was switching carriers and Total by Verizon was doing everything they could to not give transfer pin) very chill staff and outstanding manager

  On august 27, loos the manager as that's the name she gave me at 1030am was very rude. She gaven me middle price on the phone then went to ring me up and wanted to charge me full price, wouldn't letm customer service from their phone and did not want to talk to customer service from another line. This lady should not be in customer service at all I suggest the owners find better employees.dont bother coming here unless you wanted to be treated disrespectful customer of cricket.
