  I had an amazing experience at this Advance Auto Parts. I was treated just like family. The guy that works their name Alex really took awesome care of me came and helped take my old battery out he put the battery in and explain to me about how to protect my battery from corrosion. But in all it was a great experience I think you guys should check it out!!

  When I came in, there was only one guy working at the counter who spoke broken English. He did check me out and answered what size windshield wipers I needed. While I was trying to place on windshield wipers on by myself (was not asked to see if I needed help) saw multiple other employees in the lot-not helping but out in their car smoking. Eventually had to go back in the store for help. Many people in the store were waiting for help. There were other employees in the store but seemed to just be doing inventory or something else as there was two gentleman who were having their own conversation near the back of the store. Thankfully, did get help from the guy who checked me out.

  Please note Don M. Provided me incredible customer service and is technically knowledgeable. Advance Auto really excelled hiring him, and I intend to run all my business that I can thru him that I can, due to his exceptionalism and great attitude in a tough field. Thank you Advance!!!

  Sam was incredibly helpful and professional. In fact he showed such deep customer service skills, and a willingness to help, that it's deeply impacted my view of Advanced Auto from net negative to net positive.
