  I walked into the Subway in Cape Carteret and was greeted by a young man with glasses. He was very nice and was very polite while making my sandwich. His ability to work and accommodate my needs made the entire experience worth while and has me wanting to come back! By far one of the best experiences

  It's gotten ridiculous here, i've been coming to this subway for 5+ years because it's closest to me on the island, but it has consistently gotten worse; today was the last straw, i placed a mobile order a good 20 minutes before I showed up and it was still not ready, they had a few ppl in line with two workers so i figured it'd be ready soon, I then proceeded to sit in the truck and wait for 30 + minutes, checked twice and they kept saying it'll be ready soon. Just go to jersey mikes, don't come here.

  Most of the time, I would give this place a three overall It's pretty good.. The only reason it's getting five stars for me is the new worker abigail. She is absolutely amazing. She will tell you about the specials. If there is a better way to make your order come out cheaper She will do it.

  Chris was exceptional at customer service! I have dietary issues with seeds, and he deseeded tomatoes before putting on my tuna melt! I usually just have places give me tomatoes on the side. I was exhausted from rough couple weeks, and he did everything he could to give extra attention to my order the way I wanted it!! Michael, regional manager was there also, so complimented him on having great service and people working for him! Both get 5 stars in my book!
