  Bread needs to be a little fresher,flakes off easily. Some of the staff could be a little more friendly.

  Chris was exceptional at customer service! I have dietary issues with seeds, and he deseeded tomatoes before putting on my tuna melt! I usually just have places give me tomatoes on the side. I was exhausted from rough couple weeks, and he did everything he could to give extra attention to my order the way I wanted it!! Michael, regional manager was there also, so complimented him on having great service and people working for him! Both get 5 stars in my book!

  Very disappointed. We come here alot, but the quality is getting less every visit. Ordered today via app and spicy Italian sub. Pick the ingredients online. Apparently they don't read and give you what they want. Ask for no mayo...got it. Asked for oil and vinegar...got none. Asked for parm cheese...got none. Bread was hard. Also got 2 cookies...rasin oatmeal...choc chip. Both taste old. I remember when they were fresh. But this is the level of service people are getting used too. Jersy Mikes.....here I come. They are right across the street.

  The woman working 6/16/26 1030am was rude to me. She snapped at me because I didn’t “order correctly”. I was scolded for giving her my veggies first. I will not be back.

  Honestly really disappointed. Came here tonight at 9:48, I know they close at 10 but I had just gotten off work and didn’t wanna eat Mcdonald’s. They already had the signs turned off and there was an employee just sitting in the window staring at us. Then as we’re pulling out they start laughing and then turn off all the lights. I’m a regular here and no longer will be after this experience. I’ve always enjoyed the customer service here so this is very disappointing.
