Derek was really awesome today. It's my first time in the new store and I was happy to see it was open seven days a week, first of all! But I was completely fatigued today. I just need to get home. I am so tired. Not only was Derek really personable and helpful. He saw my box that I was returning something in and he asked if I was okay with just tape on it like I asked. I said yes. But then I kind of looked at him and said, "Would you not mail it that way?" he was very polite and said, "I probably wouldn't, but happy to do whatever you'd like." I was glad your boxes weren't very expensive. It was a small price to pay for the extra comfort. And upon reflection, I really do think it was ridiculous. I was getting mail headphones back in a box the way I was. I just wasn't thinking I was tired and now I can have the confidence they will be secure! We've lived the customer service and it's a beautiful new store and just wanted to leave a nice review. I use UPS often but haven't had one this close to my house and look forward to coming back!

I have been here a few times this past month. They have great customer service and the lines have always been short. This is my go to place for Amazon returns. Extremely happy with having a local store instead of traveling to Sanford for my returns.
