  Yesterday my car enthusiast friend made a purchase at this location to begin working on his 1977 Pontiac Can-am. He has always used Advance Auto while restoring his Monte Carlo. Yesterday was his first time at this location, also his last. The manager made loud and extremely rude biased opinion as he was leaving the store. A customer followed him to the parking lot and told him that the manager said he stole the tool! Of course he returned back into the store with his receipt his hand and asked for a refund. To which the cashier said to him "it's no big deal" Maybe for them being accused of theft isn't a big deal. Maybe for them that actually do steal but don't get stopped because of their skin color. It is no big deal. But it certainly is a big deal. It's actually a huge deal. It is an unfair deal. People that restore cars rather it be a hobby like in his case or a profession are in a different income bracket than a majority of people. He did not expect a better than average service but he Deserved basic customer service expectations that everyone else receives. With that being said it is my hope that not another black dollar gets spent at this store or any other Advance Auto. After all "It's no big deal"

  Very helpful people. I was trying to see if I could find a starter to replace a 53 year old one from a Contential F163. No luck but they put real effort into trying to figure it out
