  Best thing that could happen to Burnsville!!!! The workers at this store are all so wonderful, kind and quick !!!! Everyone always has a smile on their face . Always an awesome experience!

  Paid $500+ to mail a vintage guitar. Insured it and it was packed well. What was delivered to my house was a small box of open packages of diapers (clearly from the hurricane relief handouts). My guitar was left on someone's doorstep in Florida. (Destination for the insured package was Oregon). Weeks went by and we kept getting different stories, no one could give me info on where my guitar was. Turns out it was delivered at least twice to the Florida residence (who was expecting the diaper package). Thankfully they were honest people, and drove it back (in their personal vehicle) to the ups store at least twice. I went through three extremely to stressful weeks not know where my family heirloom vintage guitar was, and wasn't given any reassurance by the owner of this ups store. I highly suspect something fraudulent was going on. I was never compensated for my delayed delivery time, or for the time I spent trying to track down the guitar. Absolutely the worst shipping experience I've ever had. No apologies or compensation, and I had to do all the work trying to track it down. Negligent, and horrible customer service.

  I appreciate the staff at our local (Burnsville NC) store. They are kind, efficient and friendly. I also appreciate they are open 7 days a week.
