  Literally every time I order here I never get celery and carrots. Ordered through door dash today and they didnt give me my fries or my celery and carrots. They are the worst about messing up orders. Tried calling and the phone line is busy of course, probably others calling about how messed up their orders are. Omg!

  Ordered wings and fries well done fries and fry seasoning, got home fries were RAW and not a spec of seasoning. Drive back and asked for new fries that were cooked and had seasoning, 3 mins later I get fries that looked the exact same. When you get well done fries at wing stop they have color, these were European fries with no a sign of seasoning again. Gotta do better

  What a pathetic place. Every worker is sitting there on their phone and no one wants to help you. an absolute disgrace of a restaurant. I will never visit a Wingstop again.

  A few years ago, I didn't have a great experience, so I never returned. However, over the last few months, I’ve been there three times, and each visit has been excellent. There must be new management or something…whatever it is, keep it up and great job!👏🏾

  I would give it zero stars but it's not an option. I just ordered $60 worth of food and the drink wasn't delivered. Spoke with a lady by the name of Hayden that stated I can come get the drink but they are positive they gave it to the door dash driver. Well the door dash driver didn't provide me with the drink which means it was taken by the driver or it was not given to the driver. Asked to speak to the manager Jeremy and she informed me that he was busy. So I paid a delivery fee for me to have part of my order delivered? I see why the rating is so low. Poor management and handling of this situation. Guess I'll be reaching out to my bank to dispute this charge since I never received what I ordered. Won't have to worry about my business again!
