  Go to any other cricket!! Very rude and unprofessional management team. His name was Garrett. This experience was a few weeks back but definitely still worthy enough of a terrible review. Very lazy and unproductive energy. Their business phones do not work and manager got upset with the customer and refused to help When CRICKET customer was having a phone issue. I was definitely appalled to see this person Garrett tell me he was the manager when I asked. He was very rude and inconsiderate

  I had a great experience at this store the 2 female employees there went above and beyond to help me i spent a little longer in there than normal but definitely not Crickets falult or the ladies there it was a port issue i had to wait till next day for service and one of the ladies even took time to call me and make sure my service was active now how many CSR'S do that for people i don't remember names but i will put on here when i do
