  I called this Advance Auto Parts store about parts availability and the counter person was not helpful not calling out options had to repeat my concerns twice a lot of background noise not sure why the parts listed online wasn't called out as an option I had to ask what brand part it is customer service not good I won't shop with them.

  I love Crystal. She is awesome. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t go anywhere else for my auto parts because of her. I have recommended her to many of my friends.

  Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I do think that the store could benefit from self check out. Sometimes it's a long wait if people are having to look up parts.

  I went with my teenager daughter to this location at 8:30 pm. She had already been to a couple other places to get a headlight with various outcomes. When she took the bulb to the cash register, Christopher asked if she wanted him to check to make sure the bulb was the correct one. Long story, but he ended up going outside and checking the bulb himself. He went WAY above and beyond what was required to ensure she had the right one. He even installed it for her and made sure it worked properly! All of this was 30 minutes before closing, but neither of the employees in the store at the time made us feel rushed or that we were a bother at all. We definitely recommend this store above all the other auto stores in this area!!!!
