  Store is dirty; trash on floor and tables. Gnats flying everywhere. Roaches around the soda machine. They don't listen to your order; ordered 6" cold cut, recieved foot long Italian 5 meat. Used wrong cheese. Argued that was/was not what I ordered. Every time I go in, around 6pm, workers are never around. They're usually outside smoking. No option on tipping. If you use a card to pay, you're tipping whether you want to or not.

  I have been a longtime customer at this Subway. But am very disappointed with the restaurant. The sodas were out today. The toaster didn’t work half the time. What happened? This is not the Burgaw Subway I remember. Please fix it!

  What happened to your sandwich. I have been a regular customer for years and all of a sudden your quality goes to zero. This was my second bad sandwich in a week. Fix your problems. I will have to be more vigilant in the future, if there is one.

  Good place for quick lunch
