  It's hot because the air is broken. They is a safety concern for the employees because with the ovens going it could get dangerously hot on there. The management does not give a damn. I had to pare down what I wanted on my sandwich because most of the veggies were sort my there spoiled. The lettuce is limp and brown and the peppers, tomatoes and other veggies were squished and discolored and looked so unappetizing. I would have said nevermind and just walked out on the sandwich but I didn't want the already struggling employees to get in trouble over this when there isn't anything they can do about it. They work for close to nothing and get zero respect. They were as apologetic as they could be, really lovely people. They know it's wrong but their hands are tied.

  The hours on the door say they close at 9PM yet at 8:30 I see 3 people inside ignoring me as they clean up. So much for posted hours.

  I order ahead. Food is always made fresh and correctly. Staff is super nice.

  I paid for a large drink to go. When I got home the drink I got out of the fountain was nothing but seltzer water. It was supposed to be Starry. I tried calling the store and let it ring forty times with no one answering. I feel ripped off paying for a large drink that I never got. I live too far away to go back with gas at $4@gallon. I feel I deserve a reimbursement.
