Came into the Brevard Cricket Wireless store ready to buy TWO new phones and expected basic customer service. The employee was helping another customer, which was understandable at first, but after telling him what we needed, we were completely ignored for 27 minutes while he sat on hold picking at his fingers.
I politely asked if he could at least start our purchase while waiting on hold since we already knew what phones we wanted. Instead of helping, he became rude, called me names, refused service, and would not apologize.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a business. We walked in ready to spend money and walked out shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional the experience was. If you want decent customer service, I would avoid this location entirely.
