  Came into the Brevard Cricket Wireless store ready to buy TWO new phones and expected basic customer service. The employee was helping another customer, which was understandable at first, but after telling him what we needed, we were completely ignored for 27 minutes while he sat on hold picking at his fingers. I politely asked if he could at least start our purchase while waiting on hold since we already knew what phones we wanted. Instead of helping, he became rude, called me names, refused service, and would not apologize. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a business. We walked in ready to spend money and walked out shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional the experience was. If you want decent customer service, I would avoid this location entirely.

  I asked the very overweight guy behind the counter if he could do more than one thing at at time. Since he had been on hold for 20 mins. He called me rude and consisending. Very nice all I wanted was to buy a new phone. Imagine how they treat existing customers.

  The employee couldn't help me with my issues I was having and then wouldn't call customer service I had to call them and fix my own issue then went there at the Pisgah forest location twice sign on the door said they open at 12 went there at 1245 and they weren't open then either so I called at 142 and Noone answered worst company ever my son will be switching to boost mobile best company ever
