  Huge shout out to John and Tracy at the Boone location! I was stranded far from home with a tricky mechanical issue, and they were supportive, patient, and went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution. Excellent customer service—these guys are life savers!

  My brake lights went out while visiting this town. Tracy and Austin were extremely helpful and got us back on track. We didn’t have the tools, but they let us use theirs. I highly recommend coming here. They’re the best!

  I know nothing about cars other than the warning sign that said mine was low on oil. The MOD, Henry, was extremely helpful in figuring out which oil I needed. He even put the oil in my car for me. Excellent customer service!

  Store #4133, 171 Boone Heights Drive in Boone, NC is the best Auto Parts store I have been to. They were so friendly when I walked in, and immediately helped figure out what I needed. They’re genuinely kind people, and their service was above and beyond. Thank you for all you do!

  David and Kelly took phenomenal care of me today. In a world where customer service has fallen by the wayside, these folks still do it right! Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Boone for my car parts.
