  Went in since I was having issues with my Truck and Andrew and Tyler both assisted me and got me a part in and we did look at my truck and thought we fixed it but it’s fine I appreciate the effort. If Boone are hiring superb excellent men like them two then kudos to who hired them! Both of them need raises or be considered as managers I’ve had about 10 years in customer service and can tell you that you don’t find quality workers like them two. Make sure they get the recognition and appreciation!

  Had a really good experience with Austin at Advance Auto Parts! He was super nice and went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers instead of just trying to get you in and out. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had!

  Austin at Advance Auto Parts was super helpful and friendly! He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and made the whole process really easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had great customer service. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for Austin if you need anything!

  Tyler was great help and provided feedback and felt comfortable to speak with unlike another store down the road. I usually go to AutoZone in my hometown but when it comes to Boone. Advance won my business. Tyler showed management quality by willing to go far and beyond! And provide excellent customer service
