  The posted store hours are until 7PM. My wife arrived to the store about 2 or 3 minutes before closing. The door was locked and the light was off- there was an employee at the desk. My wife knocked on glass door to ask what the hours were or if they could take one more package. The employee inside gave her a big smile but otherwise refused to acknowledge her. Please either post your correct hours or honor them.

  Conducting an Amazon return, walked in, and they knew what they were about! Super speedy on top of his job spent maybe a grand total of five minutes handling my business.

  Went to ship out an item that was slightly oversized, turns out they don't carry boxes to ship these items, how are you a "shipping and mailing" service and you don't carry the boxes to ship out items

  one of the rudest visits i’ve ever had nothing but attitude towards me and my fiance over a shipping label and carrying the package for me when i am 6months pregnant and it’s over 40lbs. i do not suggest coming here to return anything.
