  Staff was incredibly helpful with sending my bridesmaid gifts and printing my wedding invites. They were so friendly, efficient, and the printing costs were cheaper than any website quote. Thank you all so much!!

  The young man who waited in me was patient, helpful and kind in his demeanor, actions, words. Since he was the younger of rage two agents I guessed he was not the “boss”. The older man serving another customer said the younger man is in fact “the boss” and agreed with me that his customer service is excellent. He suggested I tell the company. Yes he is great.   Everybody over there is the best! Izzy is always so sweet to our kiddo when we come in and everyone goes above and beyond for the customers. Quick and efficient and kind.

  The gentleman that was working at your Black Mountain, NC store on Saturday August 30, 2019, at 1:00 was the most personable, professional, and pleasant individual that I have ever met in the UPS store. This young man epitomizes what I believe every UPS employee should strive to achieve. He deserves a congratulations and a pat on the back at the bare minimum. Management needs to take notice of this young man.
