  Fantastic customer service! Although it may be a little bit of a wait as there is usually only 2 employees, it is worth it because they always take the time to listen and assist each customer equally. As a woman, I was happily surprised today when I went in for a new battery to find two female staff. Although they no longer install batteries, they are more than happy to lend the tool cart and offer direction. There's something very powerful about being able to do something yourself but have the reassurance of a confident person guiding you in a more "on the same level" way. Thank you!

  I arrived here late on Easter weekend right before they closed with a rapidly flattening tire. Two incredibly friendly employees took such good care of me (I believe their names were Ash and Nikko - someone with a bright pink Mohawk and a gentleman with dark hair). They got me fixed up immediately when I asked for tips with the tire patch kit. They completely saved the day.

  Sold me already used oil that someone had returned. After causing me a hardship didnt want to reimburse or offer me any store credit for their mistake. I will not be returning
