  Just been in to get a simple car registration notarized as I am the secondary owner and the owner is based in Rhode Island. The young lady who served us gave us ridiculous attitude as she couldn’t make head or tail of the simple instructions on the form and threatened us that she would withhold signature. I don’t take to threats well and proceeded to leave the store. Mr Rayadu - I would suggest you view the video footage of this event today. The customer service was shocking and I fail to see how she could have even passed the notary exams.

  I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the staff at This UPS Store location Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and polite. Kourtney, the manager, has been especially helpful and always makes sure customers are taken care of. I was also very impressed with how professional and well-mannered the younger staff members are. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Thank you all for making every visit a pleasant experience!

  Always a geat experience at this UPS Store! The staff are and have always been friendly, helpful, and ensured everything is taken care of quickly. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. Definitely recommend this location!

The first one is a direct and professional breakdown of the customer service situation, and the second is slightly more conversational. ### Option 1: Direct & Professional (Recommended) > **★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars)** > I have been using this location for many years, but I have finally reached a point where I feel compelled to leave a review. While there are a couple of exceptions, the vast majority of the employees here have extremely bad attitudes. Nobody seems to know how to smile, and they constantly look like they are having a horrible time being there. On top of the bad energy, the store itself is usually a mess and looks unkempt. The staff needs serious training on basic customer service, because right now, it is a very unwelcoming atmosphere. The owner really needs to invest some money into a secret shopper program just to see firsthand how bad the service actually is when they aren't looking. > ### Option 2: Casual & Straightforward > **★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars)** > I’ve been a loyal customer coming to this store for years, but the service has gotten so bad lately that I had to write a review. Most of the staff here have terrible attitudes. There’s no greeting, no smiles, and they look completely miserable to be at work. The store is also generally messy and disorganized. It’s just a really unwelcoming atmosphere to walk into.
