    Never use this store, ordered online, don’t have half of products and when wanted to refund cant even refund on card, cash only, now I wasted time to stop in Belmont and wasted time in the store for no reason !

    Is this place ever open?! I’ve been multiple times in the past few months and it’s never open. Prior to this, they were out of everything including meats and veggies. We need an ownership change or a different restaurant.

    This outlet didn’t have many options like Tuna sandwiches. They were out of stock for most of the sauces when I visited.

    Out of everything I asked about. Rude lady working behind the counter and very slow. Also, didn't acknowledge me or anyone else. Veggies were empty and sad. Horrible experience.

    One of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. The employee, who was no older than 18 was working by himself. His hair was loose and was moving freely all over the place. I had to tell him how the chicken bacon ranch wrap was suppose to be prepared. He didn’t know that the chicken as well the bacon were to be warmed prior to placing it on the wrap. I requested peppercorn ranch to be added. He proceeds to pick up the regular ranch without reading the description clearly printed on the bottle. I had to inform him that he utilized the incorrect ingredient. Upon eating the wrap, I discovered that the ingredients used such as the lettuce, tomatoes and red onions were not at all fresh. This is unacceptable due to the fact that this order was placed at 11:30am on a Sunday morning! I didn’t make it through 1/4th of the wrap before throwing it away. I’ll never return to this location!
