    Not a great experience. Communication for getting a piece of art shipped required two days of phone calls. We were told the high cost of shipping and an extra 100 dollars in shipping materials would be worth it. I live in a major city and I thought the cost eas exorbitant, but there really are no shipping options available in the area. Our antique piece of wood arrived today busted. Now I’m dealing with a claim via UPS. I’m extremely unhappy.
