I order a sandwich through the Subway app to be delivered to my house. The driver accidently dropped my sandwich, documented it with a picture, apologized repeatedly and told me he would go back and deliver a new sandwich. I contacted the store since I ordered through the Subway app and explained everything. By instruction of the store manager, the Assistant store manager told me that since the sandwich was fine when it left the store, they would not make another and to reach out through the app for a refund.... they'd rather me get a refund and lose money than to just remake the sandwich smh
