  Chris and Gabby, The mountain dulcimer arrived midday. Victoria and I set about unpacking, a process that was punctured by numerous “Oohs“ and “Aahs” as we peeled through layer after layer of bubble wrap and paper padding. Thank you for being so attentive to the task of protecting the instrument from damage. We have been uniformly impressed by the courteous, helpful, competent service that we’ve received from UPS stores, both here in Atlantic Beach and elsewhere. Your service was an outstanding example of our experience with UPS. Thank you again. Robert.

  Came to this store 2 weeks ago to drop off 4 amazon returns. The employee attempted to scan the barcodes but her scanner wasn't working. She claimed it was due to a "glitch" inside the return label. So i took them to another UPS store literally the same day. I had reused the same exact bar codes on each amazon returns. That employee had successfully scanned the bar codes and complete the amazon returns. So this store has a broken scanner that needs to be fixed.
