  Penny is so wonderful, I didn't receive a package that was really important to me and over the phone, she was SO helpful--gave me exact steps on how to get help, asked questions on my behalf to get to the bottom of the issue, and called me back on her lunch break to make sure I we were on the same page--she is wonderful!

  Lost my package, which I shipped with no ID. Came back three weeks later, to re ship the package and pay for it again, overnighted, and now they require an ID to ship any and all packages. I will never use UPS again, that is extremely invasive and they suck anyways.

  I called the store a couple times to request they hold a package while out of country. UPS rep, Amanda, answered both calls. No hold. No wait. No automated operator. Just a friendly, helpful human at the end of both calls.

  I send packages out of town frequently. The customer service is exceptional.
