  UPS is the WORST shipper. I was notified my MEDICINE would be delivered on Wednesday. The driver wasn't able to enter our secure building (though the previous driver was able to enter our building to deliver my MEDICINE) and he left without calling me. I was notified my MEDICINE would be delivered today. Same thing, even after I enrolled in "text me if there's any problems with the delivery." No text, no phone call that he was at the entrance. UPS is playing Driver Roulette with my MEDICINE! I've waited four hours for two days to get my MEDICINE and UPS owes me eight hours of my life back!! Don't use them!

  Not all stores are created equal. I’ve been to several UPS stores and by far store 0264 Is the most helpful, and professional one I’ve been to. All the stores are busy, but when you enter this store, they are patient and take time with you and help you with whatever your needs are. I’ve been there several times with different projects and each time everything was handled perfectly . That sometimes is a tall order! Their manager, Tim Pence seems to set the tone handling things with patience, professionalism, and a smile. I worked with one of their staff on my last project, Zack M, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. For me, what makes my experience one that I want to repeat is the quality of customer service. These guys know what they’re doing, know how to treat their customers … and get the job done.

  UPS Store on Merrimon Ave has the best employees and service, hands down. I'll drive from anywhere for their help!

  This UPS is terrific. The service is great and the staff is, too. We've never had any negative issues there....only really positive experiences.

  I stopped bringing my 50-75 packages a day to this location because I was told that they can't handle scanning in that many packages and they were not set up for it and to get UPS to directly pick them up from my location. The employee that told me this was a man who wore about 4 rings on each hand. The management at this store is an absolute disaster. I am going to be reaching out to UPS directly about all the locations this company owns, because they all have the same leadership problems.
