Your ai agent is inept. I shouldn’t have to drive into a store to speak with a human being

Things move fast even when busy. Employees were helpful in providing me with the correct size box. They even helped the customer in front of me with a return plus directions for a shipment that was not theirs. It was nice seeing that interaction.

My husband went in Saturday morning to get 3 pieces of art laminated. The worker that day says the lamination roller needs to get switched out please come back the next day by 2:00. We do what they asked and the same employee tells us yet again, the lamination roller has not been switched out. Im not sure if the employees here are actually being trained to work, but wasting peoples time is not good customer service.
