  I already made a complaint to corporate but you need to check your manager Steven/Stephen and make sure he understands that every customer walking in matters. I just left there in disgust and have never experienced such crappy customer service. It was literally like a scene out of a movie where I'm just being ignored and the audience is laughing because it doesn't make any sense. I went in looking for a spark plug and he seemed like he was having trouble finding it. A couple other customers came in and then he decided to start helping them. I waited patiently as this went on for a couple minutes and he finish with them. The obviously were regulars because he was very friendly and helpful with them and took his time even though I was standing right there. Then he took a phone call. Then somebody delivering something came in and he went to the back and came back up to the front after helping that person. Then he started helping another customer on the phone at which point I walked out. Meanwhile, there was another employee in there that helped one other customer also and walked out to the parking lot with that customer. So after all that when I walked out and asked the other employee who was the manager and he dismissingly gave me that information that Steven was in fact in charge and acted like there was nothing he could do and went back to helping the customer that came in after me. After calling corporate I learned he was the commercial manager which makes sense. So everybody coming in was somebody that he knows and the reason why he was putting everybody ahead of me. I experienced that about 15 years ago at another advance Auto in a different State where the commercial person didn't seem to care much for dealing with anybody either except for their commercial accounts and it seems like nothing changed. Totally disgusted in this store and won't ever be back. Of course I'll continue shopping at your other stores, but this store needs to be punished and lose some sales for putting a garbage employee in the position of management when he clearly doesn't care about every customer unless they are helping him personally in a way which I assume is either a pat in the back from somebody above or compensation on his paycheck keeping commercial accounts happy.

  The man who helped me was very nice, but was not knowledgeable about cars. I had a dead battery. I asked for my battery and alternator to be checked. He checked my engine light, and did not know the cause of the codes that came up. He told me my battery was good. My car has now gone dead the next day and this was a fixable issue. He seemed like he was stressed and did not want to replace my battery. Thankfully, Advance Auto on Fairview Road got me :)

  Great staff! Went in and shared I wanted to get my battery checked. The gentleman listened to what I was dealing with and proposed a solution that ended up helping me out a great deal.
