  I went up to andvance auto parts for brakes rotors, and a few other things and the girl with the pink hair sold me two wrong items for my car and I had to go back twice. Definitely not excited about this. I think she could use more training.

  The older guy w the beard who was helping, didn’t know how to work the computer well at all, didn’t know what the parts in general are called, hesitated to ask other employees for help w computer stuff & was easily ready to say no and give up being helpful..

  I had the nice lady with pink hair and a nose ring. She was very knowledgeable and nice. This is the 4th of these type of locations (Autozone and o’reiley) that I went to in the last 2 days, so I extremely appreciate her replacing my battery, after other places claimed they could not replace it because it was “good”. This is the ONLY one that offered to check my alternator and battery when I asked. Turns out the battery was not ok as I thought, considering the car smelled like sulfur and would not start in the last 2 days twice. Also very quick and she got me a warranty.
