  I stopped at this location yesterday afternoon and they were closed. There was an employee working in the back, but that wasn't the issue. I arrived at approximately 6:10 pm, the sign on the door says they close at 7 pm, and the door is locked. Call before you come here, evidently they are not reliable.

  I have to update my review because my experience that occured with this store after I left needs to be shared. To sum up I mailed perishable items along with a couple christmas items to a friend so it was time is of the essence. I thought their open on Saturday option ment it would send on weekends so my package could possibly make it for Christmas, to find out when it was to late they shipped on Monday and their was no point in going their in the first place. Long story short though I've used the address I was shipping to a couple times with no problems through USPS for some reason UPS could not find the address. My package waited 10 days in some facility Christmas came and went. I then was notified to update the address which I update to the best alternate zip code because their was no more updates I was capable of making because it needed to go to that exact address. UPS re-attempted a few days later to again not find the address and days later sent the package back to the UPS store in Asheboro where the walmart is. They called and asked me to come get the package after it had been in transit for almost a month. I was not informed of any duration in which was required to get the package from this store so I didn't rush to it because part of it already went bad. When I went to pick up the package I was then notified that their is a 10 day holding period and then they throw your package away and that mine had been thrown away. To say I had a bad experience is an understatement. I would not go to this store or use this carrier if you need to send anything important. Below is my original review before everything went down hill: Worker's are friendly and informative. UPS tends to be more expensive to ship with. But last minute on a Saturday for shipping your going to pay for the convenience.
