  Why have hours online that say open at 8:30 and then a sign on the door that says 9 but I show up at 11 and still not open.

  Probably one of the worst subways there is. The manager is rude and every time I go within their there. They're always in the back and you have the wait 10 to 15 minutes before you even get them to even come out and help.

  Maybe not fair to rate service during these days of "no help." Service is lacking across the board. Hopefully it gets better.
