  Had an issue with the Dish network, and the return of equipment. Chasity, the store manager, addressed my immediate concern, fully engaged in my problem, with understanding, complete accommodation, and rectified my issue above and beyond my expectation. Thank You!!

  It's easy to take for granted the "silent engines" of the economy. Whether it's the COVID-19 Pandemic, a natural disaster, or some other unplanned market disruption, the UPS Team has always shown up to protect the critical infrastructure that keeps businesses alive. This trip to the store was no different: the team was extremely professional, friendly, & efficient - saving me time so I could get home & catch the rest of the game with my family. Thank you, UPS!

  Lauren was a miracle worker yesterday! I came into the UPS store near the AVL airport with maybe 20 returns. These are items ordered for my parents. I ordered an assortment of different types of items so we could see what fit and what worked right, then send the rest back. I was running late for my flight. I still had to check in my rental car. . I thought I was organized with my QR codes, but everything was a mess. Lauren could see I was frazzled, I couldn't think straight. She was sooooo kind. Told me to take a deep breath and she would take care of it. I gave her my phone so she could fix my returns. I had some done, some not, some set up to go to Whole Foods. I hope I am putting this comment on the right UPS store website and hoping I am remembering her name correctly, although perhaps the spelling is wrong. Just want to let you know you have a gem of an employee.
