  I’ve been coming to this store for years and have always had a positive experience. This month, the staff went above and beyond to help me with an oversized Amazon return. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and for always going the extra mile! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Geraldine, Dawson, and the other young man that works there are kind, helpful and outstanding human beings! They are always positive and patient with all of their customers!! I highly recommend this Apex UPS location for all of your postal needs!!

  Straight up loudest shout out to Miss Geraldine the store manager she is amazing in this store is the best location by far! I’ll come 10 miles out of the way just to see her and her team because they take care of me. There’s no questions asked everything smooth and easy and I’ll never have to do anything to say thank you by far the best.

  I dropped off an Amazon return at this UPS store location and had accidentally selected a different drop off location. Dawson was extremely helpful and walked me through canceling my Amazon return and resubmitting it to the correct location which prevented me from having to drive across town. Shout out to Dawson!

  I seriously cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store. I live in Sanford, and I will happily drive all the way to Apex just because of the people who work here. They are, without a doubt, some of the friendliest, most helpful, and genuinely kind people I've ever dealt with. I ship packages constantly, so I've been to my fair share of shipping stores, and this team is on a completely different level. They're always welcoming, patient, funny, and willing to go the extra mile to help. No matter how busy they are, they never make you feel rushed, and they always make the experience enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare these days, and this team absolutely deserves to be recognized for it. Thank you for always being so awesome. You've earned a customer for life!
