  Really good experience every time. The store is clean and organised, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They make the return process quick and easy. Great customer service and consistently reliable!

  Very friendly staff. They are very patient and helpful with any situation. I have returned items there, mailed items there, bought postage stamps and faxed documents there. Very fortunate to have a store like this in our community.

  The UPS Store isn’t usually the kind of place I leave reviews for, but this time I really wanted to share a positive experience. I normally do most of my Amazon returns through Whole Foods, but some items have to be returned through The UPS Store. At this location, the staff politely explained why they couldn’t accept a couple of items the way I brought them in and what the packing requirements were. There was no attitude or negativity at all. They gave me a few options — I could pack everything myself at home, or they could help me find the right size box. At first I decided not to do it and checked with Amazon directly, and Amazon confirmed that even though the items were originally delivered without that type of packaging, they still had to be packed a certain way for a UPS Store return. So I came back, and since one of the items needed an unusual box size, they helped me get everything packed properly and explained everything clearly. What I really liked was the attitude of the employees. Everyone was very polite and patient, and I never felt like I was bothering them. I’m sure I’m not the first person to come in with a return that has unusual packaging requirements, and obviously that’s not really the store’s fault — it’s just how the return process between Amazon and UPS works. I’ve also used this location for other things, including notary services and shipping personal items, and every time the staff has been great. It’s a newer location, I don’t think it’s even been open for six months yet, and everything is clean, organized, and well maintained. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location.

  This UPS store is so helpful and love how close it is to our neighborhood. Dropped off a bunch of stuff to shed and it was super easy as they help you load everything into the bin and no longer have to worry about taking time to do it myself.

  Love the location. Right down the road. Clean area. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy kiosk drop off for Amazon returns. Can have packages delivered there for items that need to be signed for and you're unable to be home. Parking can be a little tight sometimes, but they have a few spots right up front just for UPS.
