  The owner of this store was so incredibly helpful with both my Amazon return and a shipment, she educated us on the different options and was efficient! This will be our go to UPS store!

  Store charged me 1 dollar for a tiny strip of tape to close a small box. We started at $2.00 But due to the principle of the point, which she didn’t seem to get, game on! I ended up paying 1 dollar for the small strip of tape to close my box. How desperate is this store? Rude is an understatement, and horrible customer service. This is after I was in the store earlier and they told me they sent my box back to sender when they had not!!!! Located the box on my own! Can’t stand to see people open businesses in our area without caring for the local people. Disgusting conduct and I will not use the store anymore. Sweetwater location.
