The sandwhich I got was perfectly fine but when I walked in the manager (i think? man in a black collared shirt) was scolding one of the employees very publicly. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to do in-front of customers. He didn’t even bother to greet us just kept yelling at her. Poor management.

Don't do it I used to like it,but for the past two orders, I had to get a refund. The bread wasn't fresh and they didn't even put my mayonnaise or mustard on it. Very unprofessional. I wont order from them again.

Ordered online was not ready in 40 mins after ordering. Also the lady working was not nice and didn’t seem to care. Also the lady working just ignored everyone else that needed to cancel their orders because they did online and they were not ready. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back because she wouldn’t even cancel my order cause she wasn’t listening to me. She walked away from me when we were speaking.
