  Ordered a Philly Cheesteak, and this is what I got… Looks absolutely disgusting and nothing like the photos. The funny part is- I’ve ordered this exact Philly cheesesteak from this location before and it did not look like this. This was just flat, and there were barely any veggies in it. The brown old man working there was very rude and tried to insinuate that I took the veggies out of the sub… I did not… they were just hiding at the bottom and barely any in it. I believe it was the owner who I interacted with, he seems like a very cheap guy and is cheap with the toppings. I asked him to remake it because I still wanted my sub and he said he can’t do that because it’ll just turn out the same way and just cancelled my order… if your subs look like that- that’s a huge issue. I will not be back here and will go to the subway on 55 instead.

  This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I frequent the one in Brier Creek and it is 100x better. Thus one, the floors and windows are dirty, the produce is old, wilted, not fresh. The owner/manager wrapped my sub so quickly and messy that by the time I sat down and opened it all of the ingredients fell out. The bread was soggy too, I had to ask for a fresh one! I will never come back to this location. What a difference a little (or a lot, at this particular location) can make. Terrible.

  The sandwhich I got was perfectly fine but when I walked in the manager (i think? man in a black collared shirt) was scolding one of the employees very publicly. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to do in-front of customers. He didn’t even bother to greet us just kept yelling at her. Poor management.
