  Very rude behavior. I came in to use the Print & Go self-service machine with a retrieval code. As I walked up to it, the employee shouted at me from across the counter, “Sorry, you’re gonna have to wait for me,” with zero explanation. I went back and waited while she helped someone else, while the self print area was all vacant, waiting for the next customer. Eventually I went back to the counter and explained to her this was supposed to be self-service. She suddenly said she was “making sure her other stuff printed” and told me I could use it. Nothing was printing. Nothing ever printed. I don't know what other stuff she was referencinf. She made me waste my time for absolutely no reason. Rude, unnecessary, and terrible customer service. What was supposed to be self-service turned into an unnecessary rude interaction with the staff. This happened 4:45 pm, August 31st.

  VERY friendly staff! Kess and Tiffany were pleasant and helpful. Made it so easy to get my shipment out and a few supplies for future shipments.

  Went to this FedEx Office location and found it closed, but the closure hours were not updated on Google Maps. It wasted a lot of time trying to find another location at the last minute. Please avoid this inconvenience by calling ahead before visiting, especially since this FedEx Office is located inside Walmart.
