  I had an outstanding experience at the Advanced Auto Parts in Aberdeen, NC. I want to give a special shoutout to a young man named Nathan for providing some of the best customer service I've ever received. Nathan went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly fast, multitasking and assisting several customers at the same time without making anyone feel ignored or delayed. He helped me quickly, answered my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. That's what I call customer service at its best! Because of the way I was treated, I'll definitely continue shopping at this location. I'll also be recommending this store to my family and friends. Nathan's positive attitude and exceptional service made me want to stay in the store longer than I even needed to. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Keep up the great work, Nathan! You deserve a raise or a higher position with that attitude the only delay I seen was he has to wait a second for people to get a military discount other than that he was fantastic great work Nathan.

  I give 5 stars for the customer service. I needed help with getting the code for engine light being on. Rodrigo was quick to help, read me my code, analyzed it and told me what exactly the code stood for, then offered me good advice. In all this, I felt like a person who mattered and someone else cared.
