  Julia and James are wonderful. Very helpful and personal. They are the reason I continue to return to this location. Advanced Auto needs to recognize these two always helpful and kind. Julia helped me with buying my battery and James like a father made sure I installed it correctly. 100% great humans

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience at this store was okay in terms of customer service, but I did have concerns about personal hygiene. Maintaining good hygiene is important, especially when interacting with customers in a professional setting. Unfortunately, this affected my overall impression of the store. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and ensures that proper hygiene standards are maintained. A clean and hygienic environment helps customers feel more comfortable and confident in a business. I believe it was a older man with a jacket glasses and a hat I worked with inside the store and a older bald head guy with glasses name jory.

  Julia is AWESOME and VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL!!! She really knows her products. We stopped in to the store to buy a can of air for our tire that was going flat. She helped us with different tire inflators, but more importantly gave us her personal charging cord to take with us because our inflator cord was not compatible! She went beyond the call of duty to help us get home an hour away with a tire that was losing air!!! If only everyone in the service industry was like her!!!!! We appreciate all she did for us!!!!   I had an outstanding experience at the Advanced Auto Parts in Aberdeen, NC. I want to give a special shoutout to a young man named Nathan for providing some of the best customer service I've ever received. Nathan went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly fast, multitasking and assisting several customers at the same time without making anyone feel ignored or delayed. He helped me quickly, answered my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. That's what I call customer service at its best! Because of the way I was treated, I'll definitely continue shopping at this location. I'll also be recommending this store to my family and friends. Nathan's positive attitude and exceptional service made me want to stay in the store longer than I even needed to. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Keep up the great work, Nathan! You deserve a raise or a higher position with that attitude the only delay I seen was he has to wait a second for people to get a military discount other than that he was fantastic great work Nathan.
