  This is a long one but it’s a complicated situation that UPS helped us resolve. My dad and I were making what ended up being an 11 day drive from South Carolina to Anchorage Alaska for my new job. We were within an hours of crossing the border in North Dakota when he realized that he had left his passport at home in South Carolina. We ended up having my mother overnight ship the passport to a UPS store in Montana. We tried to call FedEx originally, but I was never able to get through to a person. I spoke with someone at the store in either Kallispell or Great falls first (I honestly don’t recall which) but when my mom went to the UPS store in South Carolina on Saturday she was told that the passport likely wouldn’t make it to us until Tuesday. Once we had the tracking information and knew the most up-to-date location of the passport we called the UPS store she had shipped it to in whitefish and asked when they thought it would be there. I don’t know who I spoke to, but they were incredibly helpful. They said it would likely get there by Monday. He even took down my dad’s name so that they could be on the lookout for the package given its great importance. I wish I had had more time to speak to the people in the store when we came to pick it up on Monday, but they were so incredibly busy. They still gave quick and efficient service that was friendly, but I wish I could have thanked them for being so kind and patient over the phone. UPS really saved the day and helped get me and my dad on the way. We had lunch in the town and ended up crossing the border that same day because of the passport getting in ahead of schedule. TLDR this store in particular is busy but very well run and helped my dad and I out in a tough situation. But every interaction we had with ups throughout the process was professional and positive. Good staff all over. Thanks guys!

  Thank you UPS Store! After trying to have items delivered to a “copy” shop in town and having a horrible time with the owner we had the absolute opposite experience with the UPS Store! The owner and staff were kind and helpful and above all provided a positive experience!

  This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! Clean, organized with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Aaron, the owner, is particularly accommodating and we appreciate the professionalism and charisma he brings to the store. 5 stars all the way!
