  I can't say thank you enough to Gill's Point S Tire and Auto Service. We were on a road trip in a rental vehicle when it started leaking fluid. The rental company's solution was to have me drive from this location all the way to Denver, Colorado — about 12 hours away. That would have completely derailed our plans, and worse, I had my whole family with me: my wife, my mother-in-law, and our two kids, ages 2 and 5. There was no way I was driving 12 hours on a vehicle I didn't trust, with them in the car. I stopped at this shop just to find out if it was even safe to attempt the drive to Denver. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. Tom welcomed my whole family inside and invited us to wait in the lobby, where the kids had plenty of toys to keep them busy while he looked into the problem. Despite already having a full schedule, Tom worked our vehicle in on the spot. He didn't just diagnose the issue — he got on the phone with the rental company on our behalf, and when rideshares were scarce, he even personally drove me to the nearby airport, about 20 minutes away, so I could get a replacement rental. On top of all that, Tom was completely honest with us. He explained exactly what was wrong, told us it wasn't something his shop could repair, and didn't charge us a single penny for his time. In a stressful, uncertain situation with two young kids depending on us, Tom and his team went so far above and beyond that I don't have the words to fully thank them. My family and I are incredibly grateful. If you need honest, kind, and genuinely caring service, this is the shop.
