  Nothing pleasant to say about the gal Katie. She acted like she had a line of people waiting when she was just sitting. Not one smile, not one nice thing to say and threw my receipt into a box I had carried the product in with. Totally a miserable person representing your store. I'd rather go back to dropping my Amazon items at Valley Drug in town for free and be greeted with a smile.

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store location! This location absolutely stands out! I came in needing documents printed, notarized, scanned, and shipped out quickly, and Rhonda took care of everything like a pro. She was genuinely friendly, super efficient, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, and she kept everything moving without any issues at all, What really impressed me was how smooth and fast everything was, especially for a job with multiple steps. It’s not often you find a shipping and printing center that’s this reliable and easy to work with. I’ve been to other UPS Store locations before, but this one is on another level. I’d absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs any printing, notarizing, or shipping services. It’s honestly worth going out of your way to come here. 10/10 service! This will be my go-to UPS Store from now on! 😁

  As long as you don’t get Katie you’ll probably be met with kindness and respect. If Katie is there, you’ll know pretty quickly how much she hates her job.

  Very fast service from the employee. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the business. I inquire about the approximate day the package will arrive and they answered a day with a time.then their estimated delivery was accurate within 20 minutes for Florence to Maine.much faster then Snail mail.
