Will never come back to this restaurant, did online order and when got there was alot of other people in line but instead of doing orders in line just keeps filling people orders that came in after me,so after waiting for 1 1/2 hours just left !!!
Oh and I NEVER GOT MY ORDER🤬

The subway isn’t a popular stop down the bitterroot for me, But the guy named Jake that helped me today was awesome.
His genuine interest in carrying a conversation while taking the order, preparing the food and checking out was different.
Jake was one man show and crushed it, Hope Management sees this because too many times reviews are only when something goes wrong or a negative light, This one is 110% positive.

Never in my husband’s life or my own have we been welcomed into an establishment as warmly as we were tonight. Jake’s genuine enthusiasm and love for serving customers were immediately evident. Our sandwiches were delicious and made perfectly, and the entire experience of walking into Subway truly brightened our day. Even though it was about 8:53 p.m. and closing time was 9:00 p.m., Jake greeted us with kindness and energy that went above and beyond. Whoever hired him clearly saw what an incredible asset he would be to the business, because his positive presence is the kind that brings customers back again and again

Got food poisoning. I had to ask the woman to take the rotten lettuce off one sandwich and use the fresh batch. The ham looked old and I removed all it from one of the sandwiches when we got home. We ended up throwing all 3 sandwiches away after tasting them because the meat was obviously bad. No hair nets! The sandwiches only had half the meat normally on them. This place has really gone downhill in the last year. We will not eat here again.
Seems everytime we do an online order it is never correct. Cucumbers instead of pickles. Ask for no onions, get onions. Very little meat compared to other subways. And we know subway doesn’t give much meat to begin with. The new owners need to figure this out or they will be saying goodbye to their business.
