  I notice more and more that when I go to retail establishments, the employees love to respond to 'I'm good, how are you?' with complaints about their employers or customers or personal lives. It makes me want to self-checkout. When I asked the sole sandwich artist on shift this question though, he didn't throw anyone under the bus...he just said he was doing well. A nosy patron asked more questions, and that's how I found out he was abandoned by his team and alone to man the ship on a Friday night. Subway, I hope you show your appreciation for this man. Not only did he keep going, building sandwiches like a ninja for the growing line of your customers, but he did it with a positive attitude. I did not get his name, but it was the sole person who showed up for their 8/7/26 night shift. Thank you for feeding my family! It was delicious :)

  This subway REALLY GOOD A FEW MONTHS AGO, But now it's the absolute worst subway I've been to. So disappointed and pretty upset. I drove 10 miles to get there and a short line in the store which was not a problem before. Now there's only one guy freaking out cause he doesn't even know the menu. When I get to the front of the line after waiting like half an hour, they are out of all the stuff in the cold case, so after watching half the customers leave, I don't get what I want.PATHETIC...!!!

  Since there's new owners, this Subway has turned around for the better. Friendly staff, good food made to order, and a clean place to eat. I've had only good experiences since the new owners. Their hired staff are competent, friendly and professional. Food is tasty enough eat here regularly. The chicken (rotisserie) avocado with nearly all the veggies is my favorite.

  So I ordered a delivery and they don't even tell me in advance that they won't deliver? So now my money went down the drain cause you cant even give me a refund? Thats crazy...glad to know you just hire scammers.

  The man was very short with me and was very unprofessional. Not only did he have his ear piece in and was talking to someone. He did ask me how my day was but it was like a recording. He was not polite when I was telling him what I wanted. He also did not ask me about the salt and pepper. He was extremely badly dressed. T-shirt didnt touch the top of his pants. He did not wash his hands or put gloves on. Did ask if I wanted any cookies or something to drink. No napkins in the bag. It was just a bad experience. July 20th at 3 pm. He also did not asked what kind of bread I wanted and the bread was hard
