  I have printed the same certificate multiple times over a few years with no problems. I send an order in for printing of the same certificate three days before I needed it. The next day I received a message that the print person could not save it as a pfd. So, I spent 5 hours reformatting and saved it as a pdf, then resent it. They printed it off that day but I didn't have time before UPS closed to pick up coming from work in Ronan so went on Saturday to get my order. The order was printed on the wrong paper and I was charged for it because the original order was not read by the same print person. I ended up making two trips from Ronan to Polson to finally get the corrected order - this ordeal took three days and had to pay for the mistake. I am not happy. Having them print for me is supposed to make my life easier not cost me double, plus $10 in gas and time for multiple trips and 5 hours reworking the document! The young woman who stayed on Saturday to print it out correctly, I am extremely grateful for and she should receive recognition!

  Since Cheryl and Mike have left. It no longer feels like someone connected to the community. As I try to explain the situation to the new owner of why I had something delivered to a UPS access point she won't even let me talk. INerrupts and does not let me complete the story of what happened. I used to print there on a somewhat regular basis but when prices changed and service felt corporate I started using someone else Very frustrating when my business can support hers and I've not been printing there shortly after they took over
