  Awesome staff! Great view of the lake. Isaiah was engaging with customers and made the place welcoming and fun. The whole staff worked really well together, the lunch time rush was taken care of with ease

  I bought a snack wrap today. I was told i could not not change it, that was fine. I asked for a pich more lettuce. The manager with the long ponytail ingored me, so i asked again. He straight up said NO ! i was told i could only take away from wrap and cannot have anything added. Um i wasnt adding anything. I just wanted a tiny bit more lettuce. The guy was very rude to me in front of people. I should have refused the wrap after that. I ussually give 5 dollar tips ! I will never go to Polsin Mt Subway again. I will not give up my hard earned money to such a disrectful business. You lost a real good customer. Youve lost people close to me. They are disgusted with the manager (guy) with long ponytail. Your customer service skills suck
