  This UPS location has been my “go to”location for the previous two years. The employees are always cordial, upbeat, and dedicated to top-notch service. The current assistant manager, Megan, ensures everything runs smoothly under her watch. Kaitlyn, her coworker, has learned quickly under her guidance. It’s rare to see this level of commitment to customer satisfaction!

  The staff who helped me, Megan was extremely helpful and kind. She explained the entire shipping process in great detail. I was shipping something that I care about very much and was spending $400 on the shipping so it was a big deal to me. This was overnight shipping a frozen hazardous item to the opposite side of the country and was also the cheapest available option. Megan called me the next day and explained that there was a major complication and the truck couldn't make it to get it shipped the next day, this was just a bad timing and I doubt that ever happens here. She explained that it was placed in a freezer the entire wait time and would be put on the next flight and that I will be refunded. Huge thanks to Megan!!!

  Pretty rude staff. STAY AWAY.I asked basic questions, like will tracking my package cost anything and was met with contempt by a girl in a black Dakota resupply jacket, died black hair with awkward length side bangs. Me: how much does it cost? Her: *stares* ... You mean for a tracking reciept. Me: yes. Her: yeah... No thooose don't cost anything... Me oh okay sometimes they do at other places. Her: yeah no.... With passive aggressive demeanor. Super weird negative interaction for asking basic questions. Lots of attitude. Just avoid it and go somewhere else
