  Super clean, the hotel looks brand new! The pool, steam room and hot tub are awesome. Now breakfast was better than some restaurants I've been in! Great place to stay!

  Outstanding service from Tom! Tom at the front desk made our stay at the Best Western in Missoula a great experience. He was friendly, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to have someone at a hotel who genuinely seems to care about the guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Tom is a great representative of Best Western, and his customer service definitely deserves recognition. If management is reading this, Tom is an employee worth keeping! Great experience all around. 5 stars!

  Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, and we even found an earring on the floor that was clearly left behind by a previous guest. When you’re paying good money for a hotel, you expect the room to be clean and ready for you—not to find evidence that it wasn’t even properly checked between guests. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that we ended up leaving a day early. Unfortunately, the experience completely ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this hotel did not meet that, and we were not refunded for the night we paid for but did not stay.

  We stay at Beat Western plus all the time. This one was ok but the most expensive Best Western stay we have ever paid for. Not worth almost $300 per night. We felt taken advantage of. Won’t stay at that one again for sure. We are changing hotel chains the rest of our trip. Best Western ripped us off and we have a bad taste in our mouth.

  I always enjoy staying here when I’m in Missoula. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and has great amenities, but the staff really makes it stand out. Tom and Lane at the front desk are especially great. Tom often greets me when I arrive later in the evening, is always incredibly attentive, and somehow remembers me every time I’m back. Lane is consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating whenever I need anything. Great hotel, great staff, and always a reliable place to stay in Missoula. Highly recommend!
