  I had a serpentine belt break on my way from vacation. I went on google maps and found a place Harlem mt. The sign said open and the website said open. We chanced it and made it that far. It was closed. We found another carquest in Malta mt. It was open because we called. Our cars lights and everything shut down. I called and asked the man if they could possibly deliver. He said, no we only have one person here. We luckily made it an additional 20 miles with all electronics down. I walked and there were two men there. I asked about the belt and they had it ready. I also had to buy a 3/8 ratchet. The car had lost all of its charge so after laying on the ground and fighting with the belt I had to buy a $175 charger in addition to the $40 already spent for parts. The short redhead overweight man was very rude and didn’t offer any help. I told them thank you and said have a good day.
