    Jan. 16, 2026 approximately 3:30 p.m. I regret not getting the names of the lady & gentleman working, but they are wonderful! They were busy, friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & refreshing! Made my task at hand simple & easy. They were genuinely enjoying helping customers. Great folks. I've been in there before when the lady was there & had the same great experience. The gentleman did say he was from a Billings store. My compliments to the both of them!

    I went there to ship some boxes, I was the only person in the store and Carla the sales associate was on her phone. When I stepped up to the counter she looked over at me, never acknowledged me but took her conversation off speaker after 5 minutes and proceeded to continue to talk on the phone to, I’m assuming a friend, because they were discussing Joyce Meyers and her books as well as a few members of the church they both attend. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes at this point she finally said “well I should let you go, I have a customer here.” Then as she is getting my shipping labels created, proceeded to answer the store phone and walk away from the transaction to answer questions from the customer who was on the phone. Something that should’ve and could’ve taken less than 5 minutes took the better part of 20 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off and this doesn’t happen all the time but based on the ease at which she conducted herself, I’d say it’s probably daily behavior.

    I had a banner made for our gym with our school song on it from the Booster Club & it came very quickly. It is good quality at a good price.
