    The staff and particularly Carla are helpful and friendly. Carla is super knowledgeable and always works hard to meet our demanding print needs.

    This is the second time that I have come to ship an item out before I have to go to work. The first time (about a month ago) I arrived at 7:30 and Carla finally arrived at 7:45 or thereabouts. No comment regarding delay etc. Today 2/26, I arrived at 7:35 and waited until 7:50 before I left. I couldn’t wait any longer or I would be late to work. I stopped by the store on my lunch break to ship my package. I mentioned that I had waited this morning and had to leave before someone actually arrived to open up. The young man at the counter said, “Oh, sorry. What is your phone number?” If staff is unable to arrive for a 7:30 opening, maybe the hours need to be changed. It is a convenience for people to be able to drop packages off before they have to go to work, but my experience is that it isn’t working.
