  I was charged $68.29 for shipping an 18 lb package from this store to my home in NC. Box Size = 18 x 12 x6 inches. I received the box and everything was okay. BUT the shipping charge was VERY VERY over the top. I called our local UPS store and they said ground shipping would be around $40. I logged into my Pirate Ship account and that gave me a shipping price via UPS 0fd $37.02. So your store ripped my off by charging $68.29 (not including box, packing and Standard Pack Service fee). DO NOT USE THIS STORE

  2.50 for ONE piece of paper printed out. They call it “email and print service” now. 2 dollars and 50 cents for 1 piece of paper. Never again.

  I am blown away at how fast and helpful Victor was this morning. I forgot I needed to print documents and photos to submit to a city planning committee and I only had an hour. Victor got my email with photos, laid them up, and printed them in under five minutes and all it cost was under $6 for five color copies. Will be going here from now on for all my printing projects!
