  Great place to call home base when visiting the area. Reasonably close to Glacier NP and especially close to Flathead lake. Staff members are friendly and professional.

  Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast variety. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

  Typical old fashioned hotel. More like a motel not a hotel. But still comfortable and clean . They have staffing problems but still a good location outside the city and easy access to flat head lake.

  I'm updating my original review from 1 star to 5 stars because I believe it's only fair to recognize a business that truly makes an effort to make things right. Our first experience wasn't what we expected due to some maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. However, the manager personally reached out, genuinely cared about our concerns, sincerely apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and is committed to making sure they're happy. I really appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and the way our concerns were handled. Thank you for taking the time to listen and turn a disappointing experience into a positive one. Because of the excellent customer service we received, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I also want to personally thank the manager. She was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. She is so incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. She truly took the time to talk with us. We really appreciated her compassion and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who stays near the Flathead, Montana area❤️
