  Hopefully this will save someone else a lot of hassle, frustration, confusion, and wasted time, energy, and money - THIS IS NOT AN AMAZON HUB! Amazon will tell you it is, Google AI, will tell you it is, other people will tell you it is, but it is not. Most Amazon packages are actually sent USPS, very few go UPS. If you mistakenly send your packages here thinking it's a hub they will be automatically returned to sender without your knowledge. It took me over a week of going into the store every day looking for my packages to discover this fact. If you don't already rent a box from them, they just won't help you.

  Horrible rude customer service. No eye contact, very short and snippy when talking to me and left me wondering if I was an inconvenience. Never again.

  I had to return some spectrum equipment. The gentleman who helped me was quick and courteous. He gave me a receipt and told me to hold on to this in case spectrum tried to say not everything was returned. Guess what happened. Spectrum tried to charge me and say that I didnt return all of the equipment!!! I had the receipt so they ended not charging me.
